Refund Policy

We strive to provide exceptional service and ensure our clients have a great experience. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we appreciate your prompt notification.

Cancellation Policy:

• 24-hour notice: Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% refund or credit toward a future appointment.
• No-show: No refund, unless due to therapist or spa error.

Rescheduling:

• 24-hour notice: Free rescheduling for appointments canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 25% fee for rescheduling (optional).

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days via original payment method.
• Credits are non-transferable and valid for 30 days.
